1. General & Operational Entity

  • The domain name thepcpart.com is owned and operated by Sahil Enterprise, having its registered and operational office at:
    55, Ground Floor, Ellisbridge Shopping Centre, Opposite Town Hall, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006, India.
  • All commercial contracts, invoices, and sales transactions are governed by the laws of India.

2. Product Categories & Condition Standards

We specialize in retail sales of computer components, peripherals, and electronics across three distinct product tiers:

  1. Brand New: Factory-sealed, unopened items carrying full manufacturer warranty.
  2. Open Box: Inspected products with opened packaging (customer returns, display units, or packaging inspection). The product is verified 100% functional with all essential accessories, unless explicitly noted on the product page.
  3. Pre-Owned / Certified Used: Thoroughly bench-tested hardware (GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, etc.).
    • All used hardware undergoes rigorous stress testing (FurMark, 3DMark, Cinebench, MemTest).
    • We do not sell repaired or tampered chipsets.
    • Normal cosmetic signs of prior use (minor scuffs, dust, non-original outer packaging) are expected and do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Typographical Errors

  • All prices listed on thepcpart.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.
  • While we strive for absolute accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occasionally occur. In the event a product is listed with incorrect pricing due to a technical error, Sahil Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Verification

  • Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until the order is verified and dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, bulk unauthorized resale, or address inaccuracies.

5. Warranty & Hardware Disclaimers

  • 7-Day Testing Warranty: All products (Brand New, Open Box, and Used) carry a 7-day testing warranty from Sahil Enterprise starting from the official delivery date recorded by the courier.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For products with remaining brand warranty, any warranty claims beyond our initial 7-day testing period must be processed directly through the authorized service centers of the respective brand (e.g., Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Zotac, Intel, AMD).
  • Warranty Void Conditions: Warranties (both store and manufacturer) are void in cases of:
    • Physical damage, cracked PCB, broken PCIe retention tabs, or bent CPU/socket pins.
    • Electrical damage, power surges, or burnt components.
    • Liquid spillage or corrosion.
    • Custom vBIOS flashing, unauthorized repair attempts, or removed/tampered serial number stickers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sahil Enterprise will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any hardware purchased from this website, including data loss or component incompatibility with existing customer hardware.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
